FastZip, LLC, doing business as ZipCodeAPI (“ZipCodeAPI”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates (the “Site”) through which you may purchase rights of use in our Services (defined below). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information we receive from users of the Site and the Services. Our Commitment to Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Because of this, we seek to take a minimalistic approach to collecting personal information from you. We do not save any credit card information on our servers, and we do not sell your personal information or share it with anyone other than as expressly described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy focuses primarily on how we collect, use and handle your personal information. We may need to collect and process personal information in order to allow access to our Services and for other purposes described herein. “Personal information” is information that identifies you or could be used to identify or contact you.
